Physically, what is the difference between North , South, East, and Western Chinese Han People in China?

physically can be much or not much.  not so much east west but more so north south

northerners - taller, longish face, eyes same. more wheat.

southerners - round face, short, eat more rice

skin color same.  

dialect, food, taste, westerners more meat, easterners more fish. southerners more leafy vege compared to north where cabbage / cauliflower  looks like the only ones around!
