Physically what impacts will the boat race have on the crews during and after the race?

i am talking about the cambridge v oxford rowing race

I never thought I would see so many hot girls in one place as I just did, they interviewed the girlfriends of the crews.... My god the Oxford captains girlfriend is hot!!!! So is the Cambridge Cox. I dont know about the effects of the race, but all the hot chicks would be enough to tire me out before I started!!!!

well I donno about your race but in all races in general Before the race my rowers tend to have to eat lightly, strech out, go out for a pratice row were i'll call for drills such has legs only, legs and back, and full strokes.  We will also pratice are starts and whip out 20 strokes full pressure at a high stroke rate.  Of course giving them more time to rest, strech, and run after.

After the race there going to be exausted, it's worse when they know they have to race twice or three times in a day.

Rowers get a thing called rowers cough when after a hardwork out on erggs or racing they have this like smoker kind of cough, sometimes they vomit, rowers get back problems, or if they catch a crab they can be seriously hurt.

You Have To Be Tough Physically and Mentally!
