    R = 8.31 J/(mol*K)

    M(Ne) ≈ 18kg/mol

    M(Ar) ≈ 36kg/mol

    The general formula for root-mean-square velocity:

    v(rms) = sqrt([3*R*T]/M)

    Rearrange & solve for temp (T) first by using the values for neon (Ne).

    Then use that temp to solve for v(rms) for argon (Ar).
