  1. how do you even know how to send this message over the internet?

    Example: Convert 1 km/hr to inches/sec

    to get there the units need to wind up being what is asked for;

    so 1km/hr * 1000m/km * hr/60min =1000/60m/min

    (1000/60) m/min * (100) cm/m*(1 inch/2.54cm)*(1min/60sec)

    =(1000/60)*100*(1/2.54)*1/60   inches/sec = 10.94 in/sec

    You treat the units like fractions, when you have a unit in the numerator and denominator they cancel, and you should be left with what you are looking for.

  2. en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Energy_Conversio... <-- Hope this Helps! and plz, get an "A" in that class thx :)

  3. if you know chemistry convert something from moles to atomic weight.  If not then you can convert something from electron volts to joules.  If you are not sure the meanings then search them.  1 eV=1.6*10^(-19) J.  just set up a proportion and just pick a random number of joules or electron volts to convert.

  4. Convert pounds to kilograms by dividing by 2.2

  5. mL to L divide by 1000

    m to km divide by 1000

    L to cm^3 multiply by 1000

    mass (kg) to Newtons (N) = multiply by 9.8 (acceleration due to gravity)

    many many more but hopefully this is enough to get you started.
