  1. english is much better this time, I can actually understand the question.

    To measure 150 volts you need a total series resistance of value 150v / 15ma = 10k ohm. Subtracting the 5 ohms makes the actual value 9995 ohms.

    So if you connect 9995 ohms in series with the meter, it will measure 150 volts full scale.

  2. I don't no bout P.D. but i no that an ammeter is always connected in series
