  1. distance=Vo+1/2gt^2

    Since Vo=O

    Distance=1/2gt^2

    where g=acceleration due to gravity

              t=time

  2. IN THE SIXTEENTH CENTURY Sir Isaac Newton give several equation regarding equation of a object.

    By the third equation of motion

      s     =  ut   + 1/2at^2

    s=distance covered

    u=initial velocity

    a= acceleration

    ##**##**##**##**##

    we can calculate how much distance it cover

    by equation of parabolic motions

      horizontal range, R=[2u^2sin(theta)cos(theta)]/g

    where ,

    **u=initial velocity

    **(theta)=angel of projection with horizontal direction

       It will help to impress your teaches and collegues that if you project  an object at 45 degrees it will cover the max distance.

    Nice to help such curious little scientists.
