Physics is harder, but they are both fun. If you like math, you will probably like physics too.

I prefer Physics. It is more fun. There is more expriments in physics than chemistry and they're more fun experiments than in chemistry. Physics is also easier. It is more common sense than chemistry.

If you like stuff like the Periodic Table of Elements, than chemistry is for you. If you like stuff that deals with gravity and things like that than you would prefer physics.

It depends on what you like and how far you are going to go.  Basic chemistry is a whole lot different than organic or physical chemistry.  Basic physics is a whole lot different than astrophysics or particle physics.  Think of science as a study of history, when you are learning basic concepts, you are learning things that have been understood for many years.  The more advanced you get, the more "timely" are the things you are learning.  If you are interested and motivated, you can get to the place where you are working to learn things that no one has ever known before.  That is what scientific research is all about.  hope this helps

but judging only by subject manner, chemistry is both easier and more fun, in my opinion.

physics all the way. chemistry is crazy weird formulas and lots of odd things to remember. but physics is a lot of really awesome experiments and formulas that are easy to do. plus a physics teacher is bound to be way more entertaining then a chem teacher.
