  1. I am also "confused" as you are. You want to rewrite "kg", "m", "s" and "C" into

    1 N/C = 1 V/m

    My questions to you are --- what are "N" and "V" supposed to be? How are they related to "kg", "m" and "s"?


  2. The reverse is easy. 1V=J/C=(Nm)/C So V/m=((Nm)/C)/(m)=(Nm)/(Cm)=N/C
