Piaggio x8 125cc £850 is this too cheap (fraud/stolen?)?

hi, i have seen a piaggio x8 125cc (2005) for sale at £850, which seems very cheap compared to others i have seen for sale. the seller has a hong kong email address and replied at 1pm(does he work?) any tips on what else to check? i have never bought a bike before so dont know what the paperwork should look like

WARNING - sounds like a set up to take your money.  Tell the seller that you want to see the bike before purchace.  If he comes back with anything other than a yes (with location) walk away.  

Most scams like this they will tell you that a "friend" has the bike or that it needs to be shipped to you.  If you send money you will never see money or bike again.
