More left hand work I'm sure! I'm used to playing chords with my left hand more. Any thoughts?

  1. yeah it really is! But, its easy to learn how to make that transition. its just an extra set on top!

  2. I went the other way... I started on the piano and started playing the Organ at a later date.. but was still playing the piano.  The only real difference is in the touch and the fact that an organ will hold a note until you release the key.  There is also no pedalboard on a Piano... just the 3 accent pedals.

  3. The way I am reading your question, you are saying you are playing the organ now, and want to go to the piano, correct? Well the hard part will be the that the feel is different. Piano keys are heavy and weighted, and you will have to work your fingers a bit more, but it shouldnt take you long to get used to that. Your wrists might get a bit sore at first, but that will pass. Good luck.
