  1. yes all of them are true

  2. always remember a sharp is one higher it can be a white or black key

a flat is one lower it can be a white or black key also

E sharp is really just an f

    B sharp is really just a c

    C flat is really just a b

F flat is just an e

But they still can be called sharps and flats

I play piano and have a great teacher all credit given to her

    her name is rosemary tshinkle

    hope this helped

  3. yes. e sharp is f flat and b sharp is c flat....i think....

  4. The D flat is the same as E sharp

The B flat is the same as A sharp

  5. e sharp is f

    b sharp is c

    c flat is b

    f flat is e

    :) xxxx

  6. Yes, depends what key you're in.If you are in c sharp, there is a B sharp for example.

  7. Megan F is correct.

Have you looked at the piano or the keyboard?

B and C are right next to each other without a black key in the middle.

E and F are right next to each other without a black key in the middle.

These are musical homonyms. I think that's the right word. I don't have my music theory book with me to double check.

E sharp (sharp just raises a note a 1/2 step) (flat lowers a note a half step)

    E sharp = F

    B sharp = C

    C flat = B

    F flat = E

I have no idea why you are asking but I just wanted to give more information just in case there was more to it. I'm trying to read between the lines here. :-)  I'm happy that I actually am understanding piano and music. I started later in life and had to put it down for several yyears but have been getting back into it. Things that were a little hazy are starting to become a lot clearer. Finally. :-)

  8. Technically, yes to all. But they're not know as that.

They go. (# is sharpe, and b is flat)

    C C# D Eb E F F# G G# A A# B  C

an Fb  is in reality an E, an a Cb is a B.

a C# can also be called a Db but it very rarely is. the same as F# = Gb , G# = Ab , an Eb can be called a D# etc etc.

  9. Yes farther along the scale.
