Pic too cluttered?

Question

Is this pic too cluttered?

If so (or if anything seems off or wrong to you) what should I move/delete/add/change color or size of to make it look best?

Yeah, the first one looks too cluttered and that was taken care of in the second picture when all the graphics were taken away from the face which then could be seen in all it's pure beauty.  God Bless you.

Remove the stuff from the head and neck.  Too clownish.

i like em, but not the "X" on ur neck. take that off, and i think they're really cool.

I'd take off the half cloud on the right and move the half cloud on the left in more. Take off the radioactive sign off you eye and move the ET to your shoulder of some other type of ET that maybe is more friendlier.

The white on the 2nd one on the top is too much and distracting. Can you put the lacey stuff on your hair?

i think the second one is a lil clutter but im not really sure how to fix it...

Much too cluttered for me.Take it all away as it only detracts from the  face which is quite lovely.If this is a self portrait you are a lucky girl.
