Pic uploaded to album and look fine so how do you get them in to a outgoing post for the group to see?

I have uploaded my pictures, so how do I get them to show up in my post after I have typed my article?

go to the photo and click to see it, then copy the URL from the browser to your post- it'll direct them right to the album.

depending on your mail provider, you can send that photo from your computer as an attactment

Getting pics to appear in a message to a Group is unrelated to uploading them to the Photos section of a Group.  Your ability to do the former is dependent on a couple conditions.

One of them is that the Group must allow attachments.  That choice is a setting controlled by the Group owner/moderator, so not all Groups allow them.  To check whether your Group allows attachments, go to its home page on the web.  Around the middle of the left-hand column on that page will be a Group Information box with a Settings link/tab towards its upper-right-hand corner.  Click on this Settings link/tab.  Among the Group Settings that will appear will be either "Email attachments are permitted" or "Email attachments are not permitted".

Even if the Group does allow attachments, you can only include them if you send a message to the Group via e-mail, because there's no way to add an attachment to a message that was entered on the Group's web site.  Anyway, the e-mail program you use should have a way to add an attachment to an e-mail you're writing; use it to attach a pic that you have stored on your computer.
