Picasa 2 Problems .Can Your Help Me?

I downloaded Picasa2 now all of my pictures are in Picasa 2.

I want to get my pictures back in the picture project which is from Nikon.

Picasa is a bad program, when I download into Picture Project it puts them into Picasa
