Picasa? where you can edit pictures?

ok so i downloaded Picasa now im having a problem with finding it. uhm the website says it works for windows vista and thts what i have but ive looked all over my computer and cant find it its not on my destop or in any of my documents and its making me really mad so can some one please help me:)

I also have vista, picasa2  it works well for me. if you have downloaded it and not installed it. look in the download file.it should be there.
