minnesota vikings! because they got a good defense, a REALLY good running back and i can see them playing in the NFC championship game this year if they get some good consistent play from tarvaris jackson. also if they somehow get favre. they will be even better!

my favorited team is the Eagles and he could root for them if he wants. but the Eagles dont like the Steelers very much so it depends on what your looking for.

Well I'm a Steelers fan so naturally I'd recommend them.  

But if all 32 teams are fair game here then I'd tell him to go with the Dolphins.  This way, no one will ever accuse him of "jumping on the bandwagon" or being a fair weather fan.  And when the day comes that they finally win another championship, he can proudly say that he has been a Miami fan since way back when they were the worst team in the NFL.

Want an up and coming team? Look at teams like Cleveland or Arizona both of which have very exciting offenses. Want a team that wins a lot? New England, Indy, Dallas, Green Bay, or Seattle. Seattle is a team that wins year in and year out and nobody knows about them because they're out west. They're a very good team.

There's a lot of teams to like for different reasons. Just gotta go with what you like best.

Redskins. What is not to like? RICH history. Great Rivalries. Many great ones have come from DC. Nations Capital. Burgundy and Gold complement each other fabulously. All in all, more a winning team than a losing team (record wise). I know there s more, but I am at a loss at the moment.
