Every browser has its strengths and its weaknesses, depending on what you primarily use it for.

As a web developer, I have a natural revulsion to IE as it doesn't follow web standards, but it is ok as an easy-to-use browser. IE7 mostly works well enough with exception to more advanced websites with complex styling and behaviour. Use this if you need compatibility, otherwise, there are plenty of alternatives.

Safari is a very lightweight and clean browser with really fast page load times and first-class scripting and styling support. It isn't the most feature-packed browser, but it does it's job very well without the need for 'bloat'.

Flock is a relatively new browser which is based on Firefox. Flock started out as basically Firefox with some plugins, but has since come to offer unparalelled social networking integration. Use this if you use websites like YouTube, Flickr, FaceBook, Twitter etc.

My choice? I use Firefox for web development and testing and Safari for general browsing, but out of this list it would be Flock.
