Pick my Green Real Estate company name

Question

OK- some of you have given me some recommendations for names for my GREEN based real estate brokerage. I'd like to get everyones opionion- tell me your favorite name from the list below. Tell me why you like that name- the best answer gets the points:

1. SmartHaus Realty

2. TerraHaus Realty

3. GreenHaus Realty

4. EnviroHaus Realty

SmartHaus sounds like SmartAss. TightHaus; well, you figure it out. I don't like any of them. What's wrong with spelling "house" the right way? How do you do "green" real estate? You don't list anything built in the 60's?

I like EnviroHaus Realty; but hopefully you have a good brand that will let people know why and how you are going green.
