..in discussing Unconstitutionality? Which of the two would the Forefathers want it used for?

The Founders obviously would have not wanted the Internet used to screen the citizenry.  Had it existed in 1774 and used that way, they all would have been picked up and shipped to London to stand trial for treason long before the Battle of Lexington.

We are well past the time when the Tree of Liberty needs to be well watered, as called for by Jefferson.
