Picked up in ohio for driving with no endorsement?

So i got picked up on my bike in OHIO where i live without a endorsement what am i looking at as far as fines ect. go? I am 26 and have not been picked up in 6 years

  1. Ohio doesn't mess around with such things.  Since you didn't have the "M" motorcycle endorsement, it's basically driving without a license.

    A misdemeanor of the first degree in Ohio normally comes with a fine of up to $1,000 and/or not more than 180 days imprisonment. For information on other penalties for driving without a license, such as points on your license, etc check with the OH Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV).If you were cited for this offense then you can contact the court listed on the ticket to find out more about the possible penalties.

    That, of course, is the maximum possible.
