Picking Qb or Rb??

Question

In my league this year we have 6 people. the stats are

Passing Yards (25 yards per point)

Passing Touchdowns (4)

Interceptions (-1)

Rushing Yards (10 yards per point)

Rushing Touchdowns (6)

Receptions (.5)

Reception Yards (10 yards per point)

Reception Touchdowns (6)

Return Touchdowns (6)

Fumbles Lost (-2)

With this if I sort by projected stats for next year the top players are..

Lt=362

Brady=337

Peyton=294

West=289

Moss=288

Romo=284

Barber=282

LJ=279

Brees=272

Addai=270

On a normal top 100 people addai is 4-7 pick and brees is 30ish, yet brees will probably get more points. My question is should I pick a running back in the first and secound round or a Qb. I am thinking if I get 5th or 6th pick i could get brady and Manning or for sure brady and Romo with 3rd or 4th pick. I mean those three beside LT are going to get the be the best in the league. The only thing is I will get just ok running backs but is it worth it for 2 star Qb's.

you have to pick these RB before you can pick a QB (which would be tom brady and peyton manning)

How many QBs can you start in your league?  Exactly.  It's unlikely any of the QBs you mentioned will implode (although I say Tony Homo is more of a risk than people think).  If you get 5 or 6 pick you will have a tough choice.

I say take Brady.  All of the 3 or 4 elite RBs will be gone and Brady is pretty much a lock, then take Portis or one of those 2nd tier (barely) RB's.  Portid, Barber, Addai(?) and LJ could all be around.

More info would be helpful...

How many teams and how many QBs can you start... What position are you picking in would be good to know as well...

The reason Addai will go 4-7th and Brees 30th is that there is a MUCH larger dropoff between RBs than QBs... The difference between a top 5 RB and the 15th RB will be much larger than the difference between the 5th QB and the 15th QB...

In a nutshell, if you pass on Brees to take Addai, you can still pick up a good QB in the next round... If you reach and take Brees, you'll end up with a chump at RB...
