as a rule, most men u meet at a nightclub are there for the same reason as you..to pick up, not a lasting realtionship lol but a 1 night stand

personally..I have never done 1 night stands...why cheapen myself for some drunken moron..lol

Yeah. Don't do it. Unless you're just after a one night stand, or you truly have a connection with someone you meet on a night out, it isn't really worth the hassle. Go out for sure, have fun, flirt, dance, but don't expect anything really meaningful to come from it.

so very funny you would ask this cause , one night i was out with my girls this guy sat down next to me, we started flirting with each other i thought to myself i am going to have a one night stand with this hottie, that one night stand lasted for 2 and a half years its all how you go at it

It's not the best of places to meet someone special.  Mostly night clubs are meat markets.  Players in action,  one night stands and broken hearts.

However.... I did meet my husband at a club. LOL.   Been married 18 years.   Yep it's the truth.   I think this is probably a very rare occurrence though.

Everyone knows that you're not going to get a serious relationship.

Much better if you meet at cafes, classes or hobby orientated things.

I don't generally "pick up" men at nightclubs, but I have exchanged numbers a couple of times.  One turned into a three-year relationship.  The longer you're able to talk to a person, the better.  I won't exchange numbers with someone who just comes up and asks.

It's fine as long as you're careful and protect yourself physically and sexually! If you're not looking for something serious and just want to have a good time, then there's nothing wrong with it
