Question:

Picky Eater-- What do you think?

My friend doesn't eat any vegetables apart from carrots, potato, and cucumber, do you think this is acceptable in order for her to maintain a healthy body? She eats plenty of fruit, drinks lots of water, and exercises regularly (more than twice a day usually), and she's not overweight. But could she be damaging her body on the inside? She is 16.

  1. I brought this up to my daughter's Dr. He told me that if she does not eat what I provide for her then she does not eat. I do not cook different food for my daughter because she is a picky eater. I do provide decent meals. Over the last year and a half, she has learned to like different things. Do not let your child run your house. Because they do not like something, Don't cave into them or they will run you. Kids are smart.

  2. Wow.  I wish I'm like her.  Honestly at least all she eats is really for dieting.  No chocolates? wow.  With exercise? That's good sign of she is not going to gain weight but sometimes tell her eat meat and fish.

  3. i would advise har to take supplements

  4. I'm a little bit younger than her but exactly the same I don't really like eating vegetables apart from cucumber, carrot, potatoes and lettuce. I'm average weight and healthy I don't exercises as much as your friend does actually I find how often she exercises a bit too much. As long as she feels healthy and is happy I don't see why she wouldn't be Ok.

  5. I'm the same way!!!! I don't like ANY veggies AT ALL. I'm totally healthy. I got some blood work done a few weeks ago actually, everything was perfect.

    :)

  6. She could be because your body need,s iron as well so not eating meat can be harmful to your insides, you need to eat meat at least twice a month to keep your iron levels up
