  1. sandwhiches!!

all kinds, like tuna ham and cheese, make a variety, this way there will be a larger selection for people to choose from.

maybe make a mousse or a yogurt aswell..

how about a fruit bowl? apples, watermelon, oranges, etc... people like fruit and it will keep for a few days in a sealed container!

    hope this helps!

  2. I think that sanwiches would be a good idea or a salad or a plate veggies with some dip!

  3. As the others have already suggested you can't go wrong with sandwiches and fruit or dips as they keep and are all easily transportable.

You don't mention whether you will have access to a BBQ or similar facility on your picnic. If you do, I would suggest marinating some meat, chicken or fish and buying some sausages and hamburgers as well, as who doesn't like a great BBQ at a picnic !

In the absence of a hot plate, try making some miniature meat balls or falafels that can also be eaten cold.

Roast chicken is another type of food that can also be eaten cold and you can team this up with potato salads, green or bean salad.

    Happy picknicking !
