Picnik and Flickr Question!

Question

Hi, so I want to purchase a premium of either Picnik or Flickr, and since the two work together, is the price $24.95 a year go for both of them? Since picnik is now in Flickr, if I buy Premium Flickr will I then recieve Premium Picnik? I just don't know! Which do you think I should choose?
