Pic'n'roll truly when open, only show always game...

Question

i dont know know how to fix this problem normal...when i play music or video..or FM....When i turn offit...then turn on..it will show menu (where i just play)...but now italways show the game only....please help me!!!then i did format my Mp3 playerso it make me crazy!!!! Only when i press button reset [behind button]i can play songs , video....it know how many file in Ipod...if not,although i Copy songs and video also docs....it still dont know howmanyunless press button reset!!!!!!
