Pictionary Rules???

Question

In pictionary say your team is on a difficult square and you fail to get the word right. Now the team whos turn it is next is on an action square. Does that team get to play their action square or does it go back to all play? Someone i played with last night said it always goes back to all play if a team doesnt get a word right?

i'm pretty sure it's only all play when you land on an all-play square, you know, the one's with the pencils.
