Picture Borders?

I see a lot of chicks have these pictures on Myspace where they have two pics together like one in the top and one in the bottom but both show when you click it. How do you do that? And how can i get my pictures to have rounded borders?

rounded borders easy. u can do that on PhotoFiltre or photobucket or photoshop.
