  1. I see a lot of promise in your work here, a LOT more than I usually find when this question is asked. Now for any other aspiring photographer, please note that these images are not photo-shopped to death!

    Good job.

  2. Hi Gigi

There is one critique. You didn't put enough pics for me to look at.

    What can i say 10/10

  3. keep shooting, there are too many to critique post one or two for discussion.

  4. ok,  usually i dont critique photos...   usually the photos that people want critiqued are bad'myspace' style pictures..  but i was bored... so i looked... i love the angles of your pictures!  edgy and innovative {haha, i think the moccasin pic is my fav- idk why}     very cool.. keep up the good work....

  5. The daisy looks just like a thistle!

  6. OK! I think you have an artistic eye looking at the ideas you had and the angles some of the shots were taken. Its very creative!

I liked Wisconsin, the eggs, and the gateway arch the best! The best advice I can give you is the keep taking pictures and coming up with ideas. the only way to improve is to continue taking pictures and learn like I have been doing. I learn new things everyday. Sometimes my pictures come out good and other times not so much!

Also a good photoshop will help like adobe cs3. You can also read and do tutorials online for free and their are many online photography forums you can got too.

In a few photos I noticed some of the lighting was a bit off but in time that will improve. Also I did not care for the flower in the I don't know picture but I think the subject was at fault not you;-)

You are talented! Keep on clicking!

    I hope this helped;-)

  7. Hi.  I'm not a photographer; I'm a painter.  So there's a lot of technical stuff I can't comment on.  But I think you have a great eye.  Some were better than others.  The ones I liked best were:

A little fairy -- the cropping here feels right, not arbitrary.  And the subject is really compelling.

Elephant -- I think it works with the trunk curling into the rock like that and all of those close grey/browns together.  Nice.

Waterfalls -- Really like the drama of it and the composition.  Feels maybe slightly over saturated and contrasty, though.

Wagon -- I love this.  There may be aspects that could be better about it that I just don't know about, but to me it is dreamy in a quiet modest way.

Almost liked the Easter eggs ones.  Felt too cropped, though, for some reason.

  8. Wow you are great at taking photos! No need for critique. Keep doing what you do girl!

  9. i love wilted...very very good

  10. WOW.

    Seriously wow .

You have some very good taste, and talent!

You know, I bet you could make a living out of doing this.

It really takes talent to take a picture of something that is just lying around and make it more interesting. Seriously, like the egg shell on the driveway, I wouldn't have been able to take a perfect picture of that. And really, editing photo's is my thing, but not taking.

    Overall I would rate you a 10/10!

  11. Image of eggs nice but it doesn't draw a person in. Vase , wow. Mesmerizing. it took a minute to break away to read what it was. Very surreal The faery isscary the way omen movies are the anle and lighter makes her look posessed.

  12. they're pretty nice.  Some look like average snapshots, but keep studying, taking images, and editing!
