What is a website I can go to, to edit my pix? I want to like make the Background one color but the fore ground a different color!! Can you help please??? thanks!!!!

  1. im not sure what your trying to do but i use this program called 'irfanview' its obvsly not as good as photoshop but it works

    you can get it off download.com
