Picture. My daughter got ahold of the remote and now the picture is fuzzy and there is no picture

My daughter got ahold of the remote and now the picture is fuzzy and there is no picture on the top and bottom of the screen, only in the middle, looks like its on widescreen. If anybody has any suggestions that would be very helpful.
