Picture Thumbnails?

Question

Ok when i upload a picture to a site its in a list

I want it to be thumbnails as my default

So when i am about to upload a picture it will be in thumbnails instead of a list is there a way to do that?

on you computer, from menu "view" select thumbnails, or viewer, depending on where folder is on drive, or in documents, you may have to select folder icon and check properties, if you meant online album, options may vary for each online site,
