Picture day?????????

Question

what should my son wear for picture day starting from 1st grade all the way through 9th grade? pictures comments and tips are all helpful thank you.

P.S don't say they wont see their legs because they do full body pictures. I know it is weird.

Best advice.....put him in clothes that are solid colors. Find out what kind of background they are using and put him in a contrasting color. That way he won't blend in with the background. Also, if you put him in something with a picture on it or a pattern, it will take the focus away from his face, and that's no good.

Something nice, clean and in style—age appropriate. Make it a special day for him and you by going out later on to celebrate. You’ll probably get more cooperation. When I was a kid it was a very special day and everyone wore his or her Sunday best.

You’re going to cherish the pictures and remember the day.

i think the first few years you can decide, i think semi dressy is good.  nice polo shirts look great in pictures.  but u shouldn't think this much about planning this out--through 9th grade? he will be able to pick out his own clothes then...
