Picture is cut off at top and bottom. My picture is not completely visable. The top of the screen

My picture is not completely visable. The top of the screen cuts off some of the picture.. I cannot view captions on the bottom of any screen. I have tried the "zoom" button. I have tried another "view" button, but none give me the complete picture that should be there.
