type in Eiffel tower...click images .....now you see pics of Eiffel tower..open the one you like ....then click View Image  ...

ones image opens to a Pg where it is by itself ..right click and select save picture as.....

know save it to a file ..then you will have a pic ...

their are pics that will say spaceball.......this pics are usually at flickr.....you won't be able to see this pics after you save them, .......
