I think your eye makeup is very pretty. It could use a little more color on the lids, but not too much.

As for your lips, you would look good in shiny gloss with a red or maybe even slightly purple tint. Nothing too pink.

I think you should go for a platinum blonde hair. Touch it up when necessary, and it won't look super fake and obnoxious. Your hair style is great, by the way.

Also, i think bright blue tops would look good on you. Like this color, but obviously not the style!
