Picture resizing help?

Question

I'm trying to put a picture on my profile on another site, and it needs to be 100 x 150 and no more than 72k. I figured out how to resize the pic but it's 74.9k is there a way to lower that

Trying going to Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Then click the picture option on the top. Click compress picture and then choose web pages because that'll get you below 72k, now if you want it super small choose email messages. Then hit compress.

File>Save As> Then save the same file w/ a .jpeg extention to make it more compressed. You can also try saving it as a bitmap file too, their pretty small
