Pictures are too big.?

i asked this question before.. But all of the replies sucked..

When I put my pictures into my computer from my Digital Camera (Nikon) The Pictures are huge.. I want to know how to get them smaller.. It's the SIZE.. It needs to be smaller.. I don't want them to be 3264x2448.. It's way too big..and the pictures are 1.17MB.. I want them to be 200KB or less.. And 480x360.. They're JPG, and I don't want to resize them one by one anymore.. It takes too much time..

Don't ask "Why would you want to do that?"

There's no point in doing that..

I just need to know how to change a setting..

I had a different camera that did the SAME thing.. It can't be the camera.. It's probably my computer..

I tried changing a setting in "Menu" It did NOT do anything.. The pictures were still huge.. It's JUST the SIZE. Not anything else..

Can anyone help?.....

 You can store all the photos in your desktop and using paint.net or ms office manager you can resize the photos.
