Pictures in AIM profile?

Question

Does anyone know how to get an actual picture, not the URL to get to the picture..but how to put a picture in an AIM profile?

I know it's possible because I saw it on someones profile.

How AIM which is actually AOL loads profiles and pics is a mystery to most people. That's whay most don't have a profile or pic. And the moment you might stumble upon how it is done. AOL will change it all around again...so theres no point in filling out aol or aim profiles. It is an exercise in futility. And if you have aim or aol with dial up service--forget it. They are so slow you could walk your dog before the pictures you want in are downloaded. In short..as most people know..AOL/AIM is a MESS.
