Oh and btw i use paint shop pro 9, what are some other effects i can do to make this picture stand out!

You are very pretty! However, the angle in this photo is very awkward. It's hard to judge. Is this a picture for a dance contest, like square dancing? I don't get the gingham bow. I guess the last edit is the best?

2nd edit, but please don't use that picture because it is weird on your eyes, it makes your nose the center of the picture, and it shows expression lines on your forehead.

The second one.

But this particular picture, your left eye all you can see is the white part.  So it's a bit ...weird?  Haha well, you look pretty so I'm sure you can get a better pic.

Oh and your hair is really shiny and stuff.  I'm jealous!
