Pictures of mine were copied now obscene 360 was made?

I have posted several pictures on my 360 and they have been copied all it seems by 1 person, a blog with my picture and id very obscene has been made , I reported the abuse 360 twice and nothing has been done so far, well they did change the picture to a different one of mine, how long does yahoo take to take some kind of action? PS I know posting pictures is a chance you take but i just want this one removed ,

Keep reporting the person using the Y!360 Abuse form. Also, you can report regarding copyright infringement. See http://info.yahoo.com/copyright/details.... for details.
