Pictures on t-shirts?

Question

Im trying to make a t-shirt for my friend who is moving to south Korea this month and i was wondering if anyone knew if any of the craft stores aloud u to go in with a picture and showed u how to put in on or had a department that did that for u?

Most fancy dress shops and joke shops do them like 'The Joke Shop' in galway city..

If you look here they do it for you, I took a nice picture of my dog, sent it to them following easy instructions and a few days later got a great t-shirt. The iron-on ones will come off, these are printed on and won`t come off. HAVE A LOOK !!

I got these transfer papers at target.  You can print a picture on it from your printer at home and iron it onto a t-shirt.

Ooh! I know walmart does. Just get the picture and they will print it on whatever cloth you want. That's what im gonna do.
