Pidgin? How do I turn on the window activation for when someone comes online?

I recently got Pidgin for my laptop and I want to know how to turn on a feature that will make a small window pop that tells me when someone has come online. My msn and trillian used to do it and I was wondering if there is any way of pidgin doing it?

Go to Tools-->Plugins--> check Libnotify Popups ..

It pops up a small msg when your buddy comes online.. you can change the settings also...
