Pierced ears dream???????

i have had a dream for the past 2 nights that my pierced ears (which i got pierced a week ago) fell out and i had to get the hole again. well last night, i had a dream where it fell out again!! it connected to the dream the night before because in my dream i said, it fell out again! what does this dream mean? please tell me!!
