Piercing "down there" hehe?

Question

Soooo I was at a bachelorette party and of course naughty topics were coming up and one girl told me that she had "down there" pierced and that it only took 2 weeks to heal and had improved her s*x life. I saw someone else on here that said you can't have s*x for 6 months after getting it done. I guess what I am asking is

Does it hurt alot?

Does it heal quickly?

Do you really have to refrain from s*x for 6 months!? (if not 6 months how long)

Was it worth it?

As far as s*x goes, be careful bc if the piercing is put on wrong it can actually take away the sensation from there. It does usually take a while until you can have s*x again, but I don't think it's as long as 6months, it will all depend on how your body reacts.

Edit: Well I wasn't sure if you were in a commited relationship!If he doesn't mind it than go ahead and get it.

FYI I've never done this, but the info I have given you is bc I know a couple of women who have done it and this is the info they gave me and I also knew someone who worked at the shop for piercings. Your clitoris has to be large enough to support the body jewelry (it has to stick out rather than hooded), if it's too small it can result in serious nerve damage bc of improper placement. A large percentage of women can't get this piercing bc they are not suitable for it. If your clitoris is hooded than you can only get the vertical piercing bc the jewlery can turn. The longest healing time iv'e heard of is 6 weeks.

You brought up some very common, and natural questions to ask.  To let you know, my girlfriend has her nipples, and C**t pierced, so I’m giving you first hand information from her, as well as my personal experience.

1:  Guys Do NOT All Think Its Gross, And Whorish.  

OK, great, we got that misconception out of the way.

Now, let’s move onto your direct questions.  

Does It Hurt A Lot?

No.  It will depend on your tolerance, and the experience of the piercer, but generally speaking it doesn’t hurt a lot.  In fact, my girlfriend says if for some reason she needed to get it done again she would, but not her nipples.  The nipple piercings were about the most excrutiating pain she’s gone through.

Does It Hear Quickly?

Fairly Quickly.  It again will depend on your own body, and the experience of the piercer, but a professionally done clitoral piercing should be completely healed within 7 days.

Do you have to refrain from s*x for 6 months?

No.  You will have to refrain from s*x for as long as the irritation exists for you.  Again, that should be about a week or two.  You may find that s*x is perfectly fine, but using a vibrator will take a little longer.

Was It Worth It?

It Is Definitely Worth It If You Want To Do It.  Using a vibrator is a whole new experience, as the vibrator vibrates the metal, which vibrates the inside of the clitoris, giving you an exceptional o****m.  Again, if you are freightened, or worried about what others think, then obviously you’ve answered this question for yourself.
