Piercings & Flying?

Question

Im going on holiday to Spain for the first time this year, before I go I was going to get my belly button pierced. If I get it done before the flight, like a week or 2 before, will I be able to fly with a new piercing ?

youll be fine. :D i travel all the time and i have more metal on my body then most :P

I wouldn't think so, I have worn earrings in my ear before when I was going to fly on an airplane. Depends on what kind of metal you use for your belly button ring.
