Piggie question answer please?

my piggie is kinda l*****g me but kinda nibbling on me. does that mean she is getting use to me? i just got her yesterday and yea i just want her to get use to me.

A grooming guinea pig can be showing you signs of affection for you, it is also possible that it is l*****g your body to take in the salt from your skin. Offer a small animal salt block (from petshops around 20p) just incase your guinea needs some added salt. The guinea will only l**k it when it needs to and only what it needs. If they already have a salt block in their cage, then it is more than likely just an affectionate piggy! x

your guinea pig is normal i don't know what the problem is and my guinea pig is just like yours.

yeah my 2 piggies do that, i think its coz i smell like food, but at least it means they are not scared of you =]

She obviously likes you as this is what guinea pigs with close relationships do to each other it also means she trusts you,she is happy in your company & likes you as the nibbling part is he way of cleaning/grooming you!!

My rabbits do this to me,though i have had many guinea pigs & only a couple have done this to me,Well Done!

My two guinea pigs done that to me too, and their babies a couple of days after they was born. The guinea pigs are getting used to their owner or their "Mummy".

Well, she probably thinks you're food, but it doesn't mean that she's not scared of you.  Good thing.
