Pilates and healthy eating question?

is pilates the best excerise to tone up?

for those who do pilates how long did it take for you to tone up,?

also what foods would be the best to eat, to be healthy and to tone up?

  1. It is the best for toning up! And it's not very intense, either. You will get results! I'm not sure when, though. You may want to take yoga, too. Pilates and Yoga are like Oreos and Milk... which you can't eat if you want to tone up!

    As for diet, stay away from beef. Tons of protein, but it's really bad for you! Eat more raw things... not really meat, but if you want to try sushi it's good! ^^ (Get the rolls)! Eat tons of leafy greens and fruit. For protein there's some veggies, fish, chicken, and tofu!

  2. pilates is the best exercise to tone up. Takes a few months to notice a different depends how many classes you do maybe 10+ (different for everyone)

    Also just eat healthy foods, vegies, fruits, etc and cut out all junk & fatty foods & sweets.
