Is it ideal for 16 year old girl? (one who is NOT flexible at ALL lol) Good for core stregth and dropping fat? (Cardio and some weights every week also)

  1. Yes pilates is great. But you can also, try yoga or make a combination between yoga and pilates, which is great.
