Pilidonial sinus cyst? How to treat without suregery??

Does anyone have a pilidonial sinus cyst?? Is there any remedys beside surgrey?? Suregery is not an option for me right now. I need to make this thing go away asap!!!

you can treat it.....help alleviate the pain and speed drainage. Preparation H and ibupropen can help....so do epsom salt sitz baths. I would use the Prep H several times a day, take 600mg ibupropen every 6-8 hours and soak in espom salt a couple times a day......surgery is the only way to get rid of it, there are periods of inflammation and dormancy with this type of cyst....so if it goes away, IT WILL come back.
